Seven different crunchy vegetables – broccoli florets, cauliflower, sweet corn, celeriac, carrots, white cabbage and leek – refined with Gouda cheese and fine spices, rolled in thin strudel dough.

In the oven/combi steamer, hot air without steam: Place the frozen strudel rod on a greased or baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180°C-200°C for approx. Bake for 40-45 minutes. After baking, brush with margarine or butter. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.

Consume only in the cooked state.
