Preparation: In the combi steamer: In the frozen state at 140°C hot air and 40% steam for approx. Heat for 5-10 minutes.
In the microwave: approx. 3 minutes at approx. 600 watts and for approx. Leave to infuse in the closed system for 1 minute.
In the convection oven: Cover Kaiserschmarrn with aluminum foil and bake for approx. 20 minutes at approx. 125° C.
In the pan: In the thawed state over medium heat with butter for approx. Heat for 8-10 minutes.
Serving suggestion: Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with applesauce, almond flakes or plum roaster.
