Dip in & Frit(z) out: The ApfelFRITz – The new, trendy kind of apple – as a side dish and as a snack: Pre-fried frozen apple wedges / apple fries in a crispy dough coat – very fresh, very bite-sized, very crunchy and nutritionally conscious – pre-cooked, deep-frozen.
Preparation: The desired portion of ApfelFritz in the frozen state
– in the deep fryer at approx. 180°C for approx. Bake for 3-5 minutes
– in the preheated oven at approx. 200°C-220°C for approx. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
After frying/baking, roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Note: Preparation in the deep fryer is recommended.
